Booking Payment Terms – Tropical Tours Zanzibar
Thank you for choosing Tropical Tours Zanzibar for your travel and excursion needs. Please review the following booking payment terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
- To secure a booking, a deposit or full payment is required depending on the service selected.
- A confirmation email or invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment.
- Bookings are subject to availability until payment is received and confirmed.
2. Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or mobile money services.
- All payment details and instructions will be provided in the confirmation email.
- Customers are responsible for any bank or transfer charges incurred.
3. Deposit and Balance Payment
- A deposit of 30% – 50% (depending on the tour or service) is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date unless otherwise agreed.
- For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), full payment is required upon booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund minus transaction fees.
- Between 7 – 14 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the tour date or no-show: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the tour.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Force Majeure
- Tropical Tours Zanzibar is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
7. Currency and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
